Community Horizons in Wisconsin seeks a reliable caregiver to provide a few hours of basic support and companionship each weekend. Pay is $16.32/hour with Saturday and Sunday shifts starting around 7:30–8:00 AM, about 2 hours per day.

Duties include applying lotion, helping put on a compression sock, picking up breakfast, mixing protein drinks for lunch, and offering basic companionship as needed. Mileage reimbursement is available.
