The role requires standing for extended periods and lifting up to 35 pounds, with attention to detail and the ability to follow work orders and specifications. Manufacturing experience is preferred and the position is based on-site in Dallas, TX.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Manufacturing experience preferred.
• Experience operating production saw equipment or similar machinery preferred.
• Proficient with tape measures and precision instruments.
• Ability to follow work orders and specifications.
• Strong attention to detail and reliability.
• Ability to stand for 8–10 hour shifts and lift up to 35 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Set up, adjust, and operate production saw equipment to cut filter media and related materials.
• Review work orders and production specifications for accuracy.
• Produce materials within dimensional tolerances and quality standards.
• Monitor equipment performance and perform routine adjustments.
• Maximize material utilization by minimizing scrap and waste.
• Maintain production standards and quality of finished materials.
• Identify equipment malfunctions or defects and report concerns.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
• Support other production operations to meet objectives.
