Dunkin/Baskin at Fairfield, NJ is seeking a part-time Crew Member for weekend mornings (6am-12 Noon) to join a fast-paced drive-thru team. You'll prepare basic sandwiches and drinks, serve customers, handle cash, and maintain a clean, safe workspace.

This role offers flexible weekend hours, paid training, and the opportunity to earn tips. Applicants must be at least 18 and English-speaking; prior experience is a plus but not required.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English with basic computer skills.
• Ability to count money and make change accurately.
• Weekend availability and willingness to work early mornings (6am-12 Noon).
• Applicant must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver sandwiches, beverages, and treats following Dunkin' brand standards.
• Provide exceptional guest service and resolve any guest issues promptly.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
• Handle POS transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and safety guidelines.
• Work respectfully and collaboratively with team members.
• Respond positively to coaching and feedback.
