Job summary

Dunkin' West Chester is hiring for a fast-paced, guest-focused role in a team-oriented store. You will prep foods and beverages for opening, merchandise bakery items, and ensure safety and cleanliness. Customer service duties include taking orders, handling cash, and following brand standards.

Flexible hours and opportunities for growth are available. The position includes a supportive team culture, training, and tips that supplement hourly pay.

Qualifications

• Must fluently speak/read English.
• Capable of counting money and making change.
• Able to operate restaurant equipment.
• Guest focus – anticipate and understand guests’ needs and exceed their expectations.
• Hands-on position requiring being able to sit, stand, traverse for up to 12 hours and lift to 25 lb.

Responsibilities

• Prepping food and beverages for opening.
• Merchandising the bakery cases to make them eye-appealing.
• Follow safety, food safety, and sanitation guidelines, maintaining a clean and neat work environment.
• Assist with customer service once the store is open; processing orders on the register, cash handling, and following brand standards and recipes.
• Additional tasks as needed.

Pay Range $13 - $15.00 + Tips

Hiring Shift: 7 am to 11 a.m. or Noon

Schedule

• Most working hours are while the store is closed to customers.
• Flexible start times (7 am or earlier)
• Full & part-time opportunities are available.
• Please let us know your weekly availability in your application.
