Qualifications

• Valid Registered Nurse license in Massachusetts.
• Minimum of 5 years in a skilled nursing or rehabilitation setting.
• Strong leadership and communication abilities.
• CPR certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and supervise nursing staff on weekends.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to develop care plans for TBI residents.
• Monitor residents' health, administer medications, provide treatments as needed.
• Conduct rounds to ensure policy compliance and quality of care.
• Provide guidance to staff and support professional growth.
• Act as liaison between residents, families and management.
