Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited RN program.
- Active, unrestricted RN license in South Carolina.
- Long-term care and rehabilitation experience required.
- Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
- Strong understanding of clinical operations and regulatory compliance.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and support weekend nursing staff.
- Ensure delivery of high-quality, resident-centered care.
- Monitor resident conditions and report changes to physicians.
- Provide clinical guidance to staff and ensure policy compliance.
- Assist with staffing coordination and coverage on weekends.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and regulatory records.
- Promote a positive, team-oriented work environment.
- Support quality initiatives and survey readiness.
