Job summary

Greene Point Health & Rehab in Union Point, GA seeks an RN Weekend Supervisor (PRN) to oversee licensed and unlicensed staff, admit/discharge patients, and coordinate care with physicians. You will ensure compliance, education, and smooth daily operations in a mission-driven setting.

The role requires an active Georgia RN license and strong leadership and communication skills. This position offers weekend and shift differential pay with weekly pay distribution.

Qualifications

• A Nursing Degree from an accredited college or university.
• Active RN License to practice in the State of Georgia.

Responsibilities

• Assists the Director of Nursing in organizing and directing day-to-day nursing staff functions.
• Admits, discharges and transfers patients as requested.
• Develops work assignments for unlicensed staff and conducts compliance rounds.
• Maintains communication with attending physicians and coordinates care planning.
• Provides education to licensed and unlicensed staff on procedures and standards.
