Job summary

Four County Health & Rehab in Richland, Washington, is seeking an experienced RN to support nursing leadership on weekends. This part-time role offers weekend shifts with evenings and nights differential, and weekly pay.

You will supervise licensed and unlicensed staff, assist with admissions/discharges, coordinate care planning, ensure accurate documentation, and maintain communications with physicians and families. Benefits include PTO, holidays, vision, 401(k) match, and referral bonuses.

Qualifications

• Requires RN licensure and nursing degree.
• Weekend part-time schedule with evening/night shifts.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Experience supervising nursing staff preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Director of Nursing in day-to-day nursing staff supervision.
• Admit, discharge and transfer patients as needed.
• Oversee documentation and supplies used for billing.
• Coordinate care planning/MDS with the care team and committees.
• Maintain effective communication with physicians and families.
