Lawrence Rehabilitation & Healthcare Center is seeking an RN Supervisor for a part-time weekend schedule (7a-7p) on-site in New Jersey. The role focuses on clinical leadership, regulatory compliance, and staffing oversight to ensure high-quality resident care.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted RN license in NJ
• Experience leading nursing staff and coordinating care
• Strong communication with physicians, staff, residents and families

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate nursing care activities to ensure residents receive safe, effective, and timely care.
• Provide clinical oversight and support to nursing staff during assigned shifts.
• Monitor resident conditions and ensure appropriate interventions are implemented and documented.
• Ensure compliance with physician orders, care plans, and facility policies and procedures.
• Communicate effectively with physicians, interdisciplinary teams, residents, and family members regarding changes in condition or care needs.
• Assist in managing multiple residents and prioritize care based on clinical urgency.
• Support adherence to all applicable nursing regulations, safety standards, and facility guidelines.
• Promote a positive work environment through teamwork, communication, and professional leadership.
