Job summary

Four County Health & Rehab in Georgia is seeking an experienced RN to support the Director of Nursing on weekends in a part-time capacity. You will help organize nursing staff, supervise licensed and unlicensed personnel, and ensure high standards of patient care.

This role requires an active Georgia RN license and a nursing degree, with strong organizational and communication skills. You’ll handle admissions, discharges, documentation, and coordination of care planning with physicians.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in nursing or equivalent.
• Active RN license in Georgia.

Responsibilities

• Support the Director of Nursing in daily nursing operations.
• Admit, discharge, and transfer patients as needed.
• Maintain documentation and Medicare paperwork.
• Coordinate care planning and MDS process meetings.
• Supervise licensed/unlicensed staff and ensure compliance.
