Job summary

Morgan Rehab is seeking an RN Weekend Supervisor to lead nursing teams on weekends in Rhode Island. This part-time weekend role requires an active RI (or multi-state) RN license and a strong foundation in clinical leadership to ensure safe, high-quality resident care.

Responsibilities include supervising nursing care, ensuring regulatory compliance, coordinating with physicians and staff, and promoting a positive work environment. Daily Pay available and a supportive team awaits.

Qualifications

• Must possess a current, unencumbered active RN license in RI or multi-state.
• Valid BLS Certification (CPR) required.
• Ability to manage care for multiple patients in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
• Minimum of 2+ years of nursing experience in a healthcare setting.
• No previous supervisory experience required; training will be provided.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with staff, residents, families, and regulatory agencies.
• Strong knowledge of nursing practices, regulations, and standards in nursing care centers.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate nursing care activities to ensure residents receive safe, effective, and timely care.
• Provide clinical oversight and support to nursing staff during assigned shifts.
• Monitor resident conditions and ensure appropriate interventions are implemented and documented.
• Ensure compliance with physician orders, care plans, and facility policies and procedures.
• Communicate effectively with physicians, interdisciplinary teams, residents, and family members regarding changes in condition or care needs.
• Assist in managing multiple residents and prioritize care based on clinical urgency.
• Support adherence to all applicable nursing regulations, safety standards, and facility guidelines.
• Promote a positive work environment through teamwork, communication, and professional leadership.
