Cambridge Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center is seeking an RN Supervisor for Part-time roles with weekend shifts in Moorestown, NJ. Positions include day or night options, with opportunities for Every Other Weekend; compensation is based on experience.

The RN Supervisor will provide clinical leadership, oversee nursing staff, ensure regulatory compliance, and promote high‑quality, compassionate resident care in a 120-bed facility. NJ license and BLS CPR are required.

Qualificações

• Must hold an active RN license in New Jersey.
• Strong leadership and supervision skills.
• Excellent communication with residents, families, and staff.
• Knowledge of nursing practices, laws, and standards in nursing care centers.
• Minimum of 2+ years nursing experience; supervisor experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise nursing care activities to ensure safe, timely care.
• Provide clinical oversight and support during shifts.
• Monitor resident conditions and document interventions.
• Ensure compliance with orders, care plans, and facility policies.
