Job summary

Masonic Village Rehabilitation & Healthcare Center is seeking an RN Supervisor for weekend shifts (11 PM–7 AM). Proudly supported by Marquis Health Consulting Services, this role provides clinical leadership, supervises nursing staff, ensures regulatory compliance, and helps deliver safe, high‑quality resident care.

The successful candidate will hold an active New Jersey RN license, BLS CPR, and at least 2 years of nursing experience with at least 1 year in supervision.

Qualifications

• Active New Jersey RN license required.
• Valid BLS CPR certification required.
• Minimum 2+ years nursing experience in a healthcare setting.
• Minimum 1+ year supervisor experience required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with residents, families, and staff.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate nursing care activities to ensure residents receive safe, effective, and timely care.
• Provide clinical oversight and support to nursing staff during assigned shifts.
• Monitor resident conditions and ensure appropriate interventions are implemented and documented.
• Ensure compliance with physician orders, care plans, and facility policies and procedures.
• Communicate effectively with physicians, interdisciplinary teams, residents, and family members regarding changes in condition or care needs.
• Assist in managing multiple residents and prioritize care based on clinical urgency.
• Support adherence to all applicable nursing regulations, safety standards, and facility guidelines.
• Promote a positive work environment through teamwork, communication, and professional leadership.
