Job summary

Masonic Village Rehabilitation & Healthcare Center is seeking an RN Supervisor to oversee nursing operations during weekend night shifts (11 PM–7 AM). The role focuses on clinical leadership, regulatory compliance, and staff guidance to ensure high-quality resident care.

The ideal candidate will hold an active New Jersey RN license and BLS CPR, with at least 2 years nursing experience and 1 year of supervisory experience.

Qualifications

• Current, unencumbered active RN license in New Jersey.
• Valid BLS Certification (CPR) required.
• Ability to manage care for multiple patients in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
• Minimum 2+ years nursing experience in healthcare setting
• Minimum 1+ years supervisor experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with staff, residents, families, visitors, and regulatory agencies.
• Strong knowledge of nursing practices, regulations, and standards in nursing care centers.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate nursing care activities to ensure residents receive safe, effective, and timely care.
• Provide clinical oversight and support to nursing staff during assigned shifts.
• Monitor resident conditions and ensure appropriate interventions are implemented and documented.
• Ensure compliance with physician orders, care plans, and facility policies and procedures.
• Communicate effectively with physicians, interdisciplinary teams, residents, and family members regarding changes in condition or care needs.
• Assist in managing multiple residents and prioritize care based on clinical urgency.
• Support adherence to all applicable nursing regulations, safety standards, and facility guidelines.
• Promote a positive work environment through teamwork, communication, and professional leadership.
