Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervise delivery of nursing care to residents.

• Supervise CNAs and nursing staff on duty.
• Document services for billing and charting.
• Oversee admissions, discharges, and rounds.
• Ensure compliance with physician orders and policies.
• Coordinate with Director of Nursing to resolve issues.
