Job summary

Kadima Rehabilitation & Nursing at Mt. Lebanon is seeking an experienced RN Supervisor for the weekend shift to lead our nursing team, ensure high-quality patient care, and maintain accurate documentation.

The ideal candidate will have an active PA RN license, prior supervision experience, and strong leadership and communication skills to guide the weekend staff and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in PA
• Previous supervisory experience in a healthcare setting
• Strong understanding of patient care protocols and nursing standards
• Excellent communication and leadership skills

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and supervision to a team of nurses on the weekends
• Conduct patient assessments and develop individualized care plans
• Ensure accurate and timely documentation of patient records
• Collaborate with other members of the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement patient care plans
• Provide guidance and support to nurses on the team
• Monitor and report on patient outcomes and quality indicators
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and develop corrective action plans as needed
