Job summary

Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of nurses and support staff on weekends
- Ensure accurate and timely documentation of patient care and services
- Develop and implement patient care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team
- Conduct rounds on patients, address concerns and adjust care plans as needed
- Maintain a safe and clean environment for patients, staff, and visitors
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and regulatory compliance
- Demonstrate effective communication and conflict resolution skills
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless patient care
