Job summary

PruittHealth is seeking a Weekend RN Supervisor in Marietta, GA to lead nursing staff and deliver high-quality patient care in a skilled nursing and rehabilitation setting.

You will supervise, schedule, and coordinate daily operations, ensure compliance with nursing standards and policies, collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams, and mentor staff to sustain a patient-centered culture and continuous quality improvement.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
• Previous nursing leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong communication, organization, and clinical assessment skills.
• Experience in skilled nursing, rehabilitation, long-term care, or post-acute care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support nursing staff to deliver exceptional patient care.
• Assist with staffing, scheduling, and daily clinical operations.
• Ensure compliance with nursing standards, regulations, and company policies.
• Collaborate with physicians, interdisciplinary teams, and facility leadership.
