Qualifications
- Active, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
- Previous nursing leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
- Strong communication, organization, and clinical assessment skills.
- Experience in skilled nursing, rehabilitation, long-term care, or post-acute care preferred.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and support nursing staff to deliver exceptional patient care.
- Assist with staffing, scheduling, and daily clinical operations.
- Ensure compliance with nursing standards, regulations, and company policies.
- Collaborate with physicians, interdisciplinary teams, and facility leadership.
- Mentor team members and promote a positive, patient-centered culture.
- Respond to clinical issues and support quality improvement initiatives.
