Qualifications
- Active New York State RN license is required.
- Previous RN supervisory experience is required.
- Experience in Long-Term Care or Skilled Nursing Facility is preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills are essential.
- Reliable attendance and professionalism are expected.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and support nursing staff during weekend shifts.
- Ensure quality resident care and compliance with facility policies.
- Coordinate resident care plans with physicians and interdisciplinary teams.
- Monitor nursing documentation and clinical practices.
- Assist with staff training, mentoring, and performance oversight.
- Respond to resident and family concerns professionally and effectively.
- Promote resident safety, comfort, and well-being.
- Ensure adherence to all applicable state and federal regulations.
