Hunterdon Care Center is seeking an RN Supervisor to join our nursing team in New Jersey. This part-time role on the PT Morning shift weekends (or other weekends) supports a team-driven environment with a focus on compassionate leadership and high-quality resident care.

The position requires supervision experience, an active NJ RN license, and strong clinical assessment. You will collaborate with physicians and staff to ensure safe, effective care plans for residents.

Qualifications

• Active and valid New Jersey RN license in good standing.
• Minimum 2 years of supervisor or leadership experience.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Demonstrated leadership experience in a Nursing Home/skilled nursing facility.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and supervision to nursing staff, including assignment of duties.
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate resident care in collaboration with the healthcare team.
• Ensure compliance with facility policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.
• Monitor patient safety and maintain high standards of care quality.
• Support residents and families by addressing concerns and providing updates on care.
• Manage admissions and coordinate care plans with physicians and clinical staff.
