Qualifications

Current and valid Registered Nurse license in Texas.
Minimum of two years of clinical nursing experience, preferably in long-term care or rehabilitation setting.
Demonstrated leadership or supervisory experience in a healthcare environment.
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
Strong knowledge of nursing practices, patient care standards, and healthcare regulations.

Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate nursing staff activities during weekend shifts.
Monitor patient conditions and intervene to maintain high standards of care and safety.
Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and facility policies.
Provide guidance, support, and mentorship to nursing staff.
Communicate effectively with interdisciplinary teams, patients, and families.
Manage staffing assignments and scheduling for weekend coverage.
Document and report clinical incidents and patient progress to senior management.
Participate in quality improvement initiatives and staff training.
