Job summary

CommuniCare Family of Companies seeks an RN Supervisor for Allison Pointe Healthcare Center in Indianapolis, IN. This full-time Day Shift role offers options to work 12s or 16s, with occasional weekday pickups. You will supervise nursing staff, ensure quality resident care, and provide leadership to the team.

The role requires an active RN license in Indiana, a nursing degree, and prior long-term care supervisory experience. Competitive wages and comprehensive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Must possess a current RN license in the state where the center is located.
• Must have a Nursing degree from an accredited college or university and be a graduate of an approved RN program.
• Must have previous long-term care experience.
• Previous supervisory/management experience required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure sufficient nursing staffing levels to deliver quality resident care.
• Assist in orientation and training of new employees and ongoing staff development.
• Develop and communicate shift assignments and monitor staff performance.
• Assist in staffing scheduling as needed.
• Communicate with ancillary departments and nursing staff at shift changes about resident conditions and needs.
• Ensure staff follow established policies and procedures and maintain compliance.
