Lawrenceville Health and Rehabilitation is seeking an RN with supervisory experience to lead our weekend nursing team. The Weekend Shift runs from 7:00 PM to 3:00 PM, overseeing care for residents in a SNF setting and ensuring high-quality clinical operations during off-hours.

Ideal candidates hold an active VA RN license, demonstrate strong clinical judgment, and communicate effectively with staff, residents, and families.

Qualifications

• Valid RN license in VA.
• At least 1 year of supervisory or leadership experience (SNF preferred).
• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and people skills.
• Calm under pressure and confident in decision-making.
• A passion for elder care and a team-first attitude.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support nursing staff during the evening shift.
• Oversee resident care and ensure clinical excellence.
• Coordinate with families, doctors, and team members for continuity of care.
• Respond to emergencies and ensure smooth operations during off-hours.
• Be the go-to person for staff, residents, and families alike.
