Armstrong Rehabilitation & Nursing Center is seeking an experienced RN Weekend Supervisor to oversee weekend shifts, ensure seamless operations, and deliver high-quality patient care in a warm, collaborative environment.

As the weekend supervisor, you will lead nursing staff, coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, uphold center policies, and participate in quality improvement efforts to enhance patient outcomes.

Competenze

• Current PA RN license.
• Minimum 1 year of RN experience, preferably in long-term care or rehabilitation.

Mansioni

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of the nursing staff on weekends, providing guidance and support as needed.
• Ensure patient care is delivered in accordance with center policies and procedures.
• Develop and implement effective care plans, collaborating with multidisciplinary team members.
• Conduct performance evaluations, provide feedback, and coach staff to improve skills.
• Collaborate with leadership to implement changes to improve patient outcomes and center operations.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to policy development.
