Responsibilities

• Make rounds to observe and evaluate residents' physical, emotional and social needs.
• Prepare and administer medications and charts as required.
• Administer treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Consult with physicians to coordinate care.
• Communicate with theDirector of Nursing and nursing staff to ensure quality care.
