Job summary

Valley Manor is seeking an experienced RN Supervisor for the weekend shift (11pm–7:30am) to lead nursing staff in a skilled nursing facility. The role focuses on supervising care delivery, coordinating with leadership, and ensuring resident safety during a fast-paced night shift.

Ideal candidates will hold an active RN license, bring 5+ years of clinical and supervisory experience in long-term care, and demonstrate strong leadership and decision-making skills.

Qualifications

• Active RN license.
• Experience in long-term care, a skilled nursing facility, or a nursing home.
• Experience in a supervisory role.
• Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience.
• Strong leadership, communication, and clinical skills.
• Ability to work independently and make sound clinical decisions.

Responsibilities

• Supervise nursing staff in a skilled nursing facility during assigned shifts.
• Act as the clinical lead on duty and respond to resident care or staffing issues.
• Ensure compliance with SNF regulations, facility policies, and infection control standards.
• Provide clinical support, guidance, and oversight to nursing staff.
• Communicate shift updates and concerns to the DON/ADON.
• Assist with staffing issues, call-outs, and workflow management.
