You will supervise clinical staff on your unit, provide guidance and education, and help maintain infection prevention practices in a supportive, patient-centered environment.

Qualified applicants will hold an unencumbered Illinois RN license, CPR certification, and at least two years of RN experience; five years of RN experience

Qualifications

• Unencumbered Illinois RN license.
• CPR certification.
• Two years of RN experience required; five years in RN management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise activities of all clinical staff on the assigned unit.
• Provide guidance and education to clinical staff to maintain high care standards.
