Warren Barr Buffalo Grove in Buffalo Grove, IL is seeking a Weekend Nurse Supervisor to lead our skilled nursing team and ensure the highest standard of resident care. You will supervise clinical staff on your unit, provide guidance and education, and help maintain infection prevention practices in a supportive, patient-centered environment.

Qualified applicants will hold an unencumbered Illinois RN license, CPR certification, and at least two years of RN experience; five years of RN experience

As a Nurse Supervisor you are instrumental in managing operations of your assigned unit. Your work will ensure our residents receive the high standard of care they have grown to expect at Warren Barr Buffalo Grove by assisting with supervising the activities of all clinical staff on your assigned unit, providing guidance and education to clinical staff, assisting with instilling a positive and inclusive facility culture, ensuring established infection prevention practices are maintained and ensuring adequate staffing for our resident's needs. Our residents will depend on your knowledge, skills, and attention to detail to ensure they receive an unparalleled standard of care.

To be eligible for consideration applicants should have:

As a minimum, an unencumbered State of Illinois Registered Nurse (R.N.) license, C.P.R. Certification, and two (2) years of R.N. experience. Prior experience managing a nursing department or unit and five (5) years of R.N. experience is preferable but we are willing to invest in the right candidate!
