Saber Health Group is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse for Lakeside Health & Rehab Center in Huntersville, NC. You will assess residents, develop care plans, administer nursing care, and supervise staff to ensure high-quality outcomes in a SNF.

Eligibility requires an active RN license in NC and CPR/BLS certification, plus basic computer skills for EHR usage. Part-time shifts include every other weekend, 7:00a–7:00p.

Qualifications

• Previous supervisory experience preferred.
• Must possess a current, unencumbered license to practice as an RN within the state in which you work.
• Must possess a current CPR or BLS certification.
• Must possess basic computer skills and ability to navigate through electronic health record software.

Responsibilities

• Assess residents' needs and develop individualized care plans.
• Administer nursing care and evaluate nursing care.
• Supervise nursing assistants and other personnel in delivering nursing care.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local standards and infection control policies.
