Job summary

Peter Becker Community in Harleysville, PA, is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our Weekend Baylor Program as RN Supervisor. This role provides weekend leadership, clinical oversight, and the opportunity to lead staff while benefiting from predictable hours and full-time benefits.

Work 48 hours per pay period and get paid for 60, with day shift Saturdays and Sundays, and weekend differential.

Qualifications

• Active Pennsylvania RN license
• Current BLS certification
• Prior supervisory or charge nurse experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical leadership and oversight for the nursing team during weekend operations
• Ensure high-quality resident care and regulatory compliance
• Coach and support nursing staff to promote positive resident outcomes
• Collaborate with physicians, department leaders, residents and families
• Respond to clinical concerns and emergencies as needed
• Monitor care plans, treatments, and documentation to ensure continuity of care
