Job summary

Creekside Center for Rehabilitation and Nursing in Maryland is seeking an RN Weekend Supervisor to lead our nursing team and ensure high-quality resident care. A $6,000 sign-on bonus is available for full-time candidates who join our compassionate, resident-centered team.

Responsibilities include administering treatments and documentation, completing assessments, determining nursing diagnoses from health data, and guiding families.

Qualifications

• Must have an active RN certification.
• Minimum two years of experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Administrating treatments and documentation.
• Complete assessments to determine the resident’s needs.
• Use health assessment data to determine nursing diagnosis.
• Counsel patient’s family in meeting nursing-related needs.
• All other duties as assigned by the Director of Nursing.
• Experience as a Unit Manager with supervisory experience in Long Term Care.
• Proficient with IV and Phlebotomy.
