Job summary

Rosemont Center is hiring a Full-Time RN Supervisor for Day Shift to ensure the highest level of care for our residents. The role requires an active PA RN license and a minimum of two years of nursing experience.

You will supervise care, document treatments, and support families as part of a cohesive nursing team. We offer a $5,000 sign-on bonus along with standard benefits such as PTO, health, dental and vision insurance.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active RN license in Pennsylvania.
• Minimum of two years of nursing experience required.

Responsibilities

• Administrating treatments and documentation.
• Complete assessments to determine the resident's needs.
• Use health assessment data to determine nursing diagnosis.
• Counsel patient's family in meeting nursing related needs.
• All other duties as assigned by the Director of Nursing.
