Job summary

Tucker House Nursing and Rehabilitation is seeking a Weekend RN Supervisor to lead our weekend nursing team, ensuring high-quality resident care and compliance with standards.

You will supervise RNs and CNAs, perform bedside rounds, update care plans, maintain accurate records, and collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to support residents and families.

This role reports to the Director of Nursing and emphasizes compassionate leadership and quality improvement in a CMS-accredited facility.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in the state.
• Experience supervising nursing staff.
• Ability to oversee weekend shifts.
• Strong communication and patient care skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of RNs and CNAs on weekends, ensuring high-quality care.
• Conduct daily bedside rounds to assess resident needs and update care plans.
• Monitor and maintain accurate records of resident care, including assessments and treatments.
• Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team for seamless transitions and communication.
• Provide direct patient care as needed, including medications and treatments.
• Identify and address concerns, escalating when necessary for optimal care.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and policy development.

Weekend RN Supervisor

Job Summary:

Reporting directly to the Director of Nursing, you will oversee a team of Registered Nurses and Certified Nursing Assistants during our weekend shifts, ensuring that our residents receive the highest level of care and support. Responsibilities:

• Supervise a team of Registered Nurses and Certified Nursing Assistants on weekends, ensuring that our residents receive high-quality care and support

• Conduct daily bedside rounds to assess resident needs and develop individualized care plans

• Monitor and maintain accurate records of resident care, including assessments, medications, and treatment plans

• Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless transitions and effective communication

• Provide direct patient care as needed, including administering medications, performing treatments, and providing emotional support

• Identify and address potential concerns or issues, escalating as necessary to ensure optimal care

• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures
