Job summary

Outcome HC is seeking a nursing supervisor to oversee RNs, LPNs, CNAs and other nursing staff in a NJ facility. You will monitor resident care, respond to changes in condition, and ensure accurate medications, treatments, and documentation.

The role requires interfacing with physicians, families, and nursing leadership, addressing concerns professionally, and ensuring policy compliance. This position includes completing required reports and serving as the nursing leader during weekend hours,
