Lititz – Skilled Nursing RN Supervisor Nurse Manager Weekend Shift

The RN Weekend Incentive Program at Luther Acres offers a significant incentive rate of $55.00 per hour for committing to a regular weekend work schedule. The program requires two 12-hour shifts and one 8-hour shift biweekly, totaling 56 hours. This position is scheduled on weekends for a 12-hour shift, typically from 7 p.m. to 7 a.m., with no on-call responsibilities.

WHAT YOU DO:

As an RN Supervisor at Luther Acres Skilled Healthcare Center, you will be a vital part of providing compassionate care to our residents and ensuring their comfort by monitoring their health and well-being. Your responsibilities include:

1. Supervising an assigned skilled nursing area, designing tasks, and providing instructions in nursing and resident care methods, ensuring adherence to care plans and treatment schedules.
2. Overseeing and performing resident assessments, and formulating care plans based on MDS/QR assessments, diagnoses, and daily needs.
3. Providing clinical expertise in managing medical emergencies and interventions, coordinating care, and documenting events following established protocols.
4. Ordering and receiving medications, treatment supplies, and nursing station supplies for your area.
5. Coordinating care with physicians, consultants, and other healthcare practitioners.

Our RNs and LPNs are supported by Certified Nursing Assistants and Hospitality Aides in delivering resident care.
