Job summary

Seacrest Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center in Egg Harbor Township, NJ is seeking an RN Supervisor for a part-time role with every other weekend 7AM-7PM. You will lead nursing operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and support a high standard of resident care.

Qualified candidates hold a New Jersey RN license, current BLS CPR certification, and at least 2 years of nursing experience. Supervisory experience is not required; we provide training and foster a collaborative, values-driven team

Qualifications

• Must possess a current, unencumbered RN license in New Jersey.
• Valid BLS CPR certification required.
• Minimum 2 years of nursing experience in a healthcare setting.
• No prior supervisory experience required; training will be provided.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate nursing care to ensure safe, effective, timely care.
• Provide clinical oversight and support to nursing staff during assigned shifts.
• Monitor resident conditions and document interventions.
• Ensure compliance with physician orders, care plans, and facility policies.
• Communicate with physicians, interdisciplinary teams, residents, and families about changes.
• Assist in managing multiple residents and prioritize care by urgency.
• Promote adherence to nursing regulations and safety standards.
• Foster a positive, collaborative work environment.

Rate Range: $45.00/hr.-$50.00/hr. (all inclusive)

Responsibilities for RN Supervisor:

• Supervise and coordinate nursing care activities to ensure residents receive safe, effective, and timely care.
• Provide clinical oversight and support to nursing staff during assigned shifts.
• Monitor resident conditions and ensure appropriate interventions are implemented and documented.
• Ensure compliance with physician orders, care plans, and facility policies and procedures.
• Communicate effectively with physicians, interdisciplinary teams, residents, and family members regarding changes in condition or care needs.
• Assist in managing multiple residents and prioritize care based on clinical urgency.
• Support adherence to all applicable nursing regulations, safety standards, and facility guidelines.
• Promote a positive work environment through teamwork, communication, and professional leadership.

Qualifications for RN Supervisor:

• Must possess a current, unencumbered active RN license in the state of New Jersey.
• Valid BLS Certification (CPR) required.
• Ability to manage care for multiple patients in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
• Minimum of 2+ years of nursing experience in a healthcare setting required.
• No previous supervisory experience required; training will be provided.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact professionally with staff, residents, families, visitors, and regulatory agencies.
• Strong knowledge of nursing practices, procedures, and applicable laws, regulations, and standards in nursing care centers.
