Job summary

Crescent Manor Rehabilitation Center in Bennington, Vermont seeks a Weekend RN Supervisor to oversee daily operations of a 90-bed facility and ensure high-quality patient care. You will supervise RNs, CNAs, and other staff, conduct rounds, and provide guidance to ensure regulatory compliance and strong clinical standards.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of Registered Nurses, Certified Nursing Assistants, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless delivery of patient care
• Conduct rounds, monitor patient progress, and provide guidance and support to staff members
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to maintain regulatory compliance and high clinical standards
• Collaborate with the Management team to identify areas for improvement and implement effective solutions
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of clinical policies and procedures
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Director of Nursing
