Job summary

Beth Israel Lahey Health is seeking a part-time Registered Nurse to provide skilled nursing care in a behavioral health setting. The role requires Massachusetts RN licensure and CPR certification, with preferred experience in addiction treatment.

The position includes a Saturday-Sunday 6am–2:30pm shift, and a sign-on bonus of $1,200 (pro-rated for part-time). You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure safe medication administration and patient care across the unit.

Qualifications

• Valid and current Massachusetts licensure as a Registered Nurse.
• Current CPR certification.
• Experience with addiction treatment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Record and report symptoms, treatments and changes in patient safety status.
• Collaborate with the care team to maintain medical records.
• Monitor patient milieu for safety and support a positive therapeutic environment.
• Assist with activities of daily living and coordinate with nursing staff.
• Support admissions, discharges and transfers with patient safety in mind.
• Participate in treatment team meetings and care plan development.
• Oversee the medication room and reconcile resident meds in the EHR.
