PureHealth seeks a Registered Nurse to join our post-acute team in Denton, TX. You will provide nursing care to assigned patients under the Unit Manager, following established standards and nursing techniques.

Competenze
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills to evaluate care plans.
- Excellent written and verbal communication with patients and team members.
- Proficiency in English and ability to work with diverse populations.
Mansioni
- Provide nursing care per individualized plan and standards.
- Lead team conferences to develop individualized care plans.
- Administer medications and monitor patient responses.
- Perform IV therapy within RN scope of practice.
- Document care and teaching in the EMR and coordinate with physicians.
