Job summary

Sanford Health is seeking a Registered Nurse for weekend daytime shifts in Fargo, ND. The role supports Level 1 Trauma care in a high-tech OR environment and involves pediatric and complex surgical patient care.

The RN collaborates with physicians and inter-professional teams, plans and coordinates care, and ensures education and follow-up for patients. A nursing degree and RN licensure are required, with BSN preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program.
• RN license in the state where practice occurs or multi-state licensure.
• Bachelor's degree in nursing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized nursing care using the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, outcomes/planning, implementation and evaluation).
• Collaborate with physicians and inter-professional colleagues to plan, implement and evaluate care.
• Coordinate care, patient assessment, patient education, triage and other nursing interventions.
