Eventide Fargo is seeking a part-time RN/LPN Treatment Nurse for every other weekend 6:00a-2:30pm on the Transitional Care Unit, including a holiday rotation. You will deliver high-quality nursing care aligned with state and federal standards and the facility philosophy, while honoring residents’ rights and individuality.

The ideal candidate holds a North Dakota RN or LPN license, is in good standing where licensed, and has prior long-term care experience.

Formación

• Must hold current North Dakota RN or LPN license.
• Must be in good standing in all states licensed in the U.S.
• Previous long-term care experience required.

Responsabilidades

• Assesses residents' health status and needs through exams, observation and interviews.
• Plans, implements, and updates individualized care plans.
• Administers medications and monitors treatments for effectiveness.
• Provides direct nursing care per policies and standards.
• Documents resident care accurately in records and systems.
• Provides leadership to staff and manages shift workloads.
• Ensures adequate staffing and communicates resident needs across the unit.
• Coordinates with physicians and other facilities as needed.
• Mentors new team members and supports ongoing education.
• Strives for resident well-being and adheres to regulations.
