Imperial Healthcare NJ in New Jersey is seeking an RN/LPN Weekend Supervisor to lead weekend nursing operations in a skilled nursing facility, overseeing staff, ensuring resident safety, and administering treatments as ordered.

This 12-hour shift (7PM-7AM) requires an active NJ RN/LPN license, weekend supervisory experience, and excellent communication. You will collaborate with physicians, residents, families, and interdisciplinary teams to deliver compassionate, high-quality care.

Qualifications

• Active RN / LPN license in the state of New Jersey.
• Previous SNF supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, clinical assessment, and communication skills.
• Sub-acute experience preferred.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced setting.

Currently hiring forFull Time (12 hours shift):7PM-7AM.
