Qualifications

• Active RN license in Florida.
• Experience in Skilled Nursing/Rehabilitation facilities preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise staff and oversee patient care in accordance with standards of care and applicable state/federal regulations.
• Follow established facility policies and procedures while coordinating resident care with other facility personnel.
• Supervise Certified Nursing Assistants during shifts, including assigning and distributing work, training new staff, and ensuring work meets facility standards.
• Other duties as assigned.
