Job summary

Autumn Lake Healthcare at Alice Manor in Baltimore, MD is seeking an RN or LPN to join a Nurse Weekend Program. The role provides high-quality resident care, medication administration, and collaboration with an interdisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as an LPN or RN in a similar setting preferred.
• Must be a licensed practical nurse (LPN) or registered nurse (RN) in the state of Maryland.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing treatments, and assisting with ADLs.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with our interdisciplinary team.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care, including progress notes and medication lists.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions.
