Qualifications

• Ability to work with minimal supervision and make sound decisions.

Responsibilities

• Make rounds to observe residents' physical, emotional and social needs.
• Prepare and administer medications per charts.
• Administer treatments and document outcomes.
• Consult with physicians on care plans.
• Communicate with the director of nursing and staff.
