Job summary

Avir at Colonel is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for a double weekend shift to provide direct nursing care to residents and supervise day-to-day nursing activities. We foster a team-oriented culture that supports growth and welcomes new graduates to join our family.

Qualifications

Valid Texas RN License.
Valid CPR Certification.
I.V. Certification Preferred.
Knowledge of nursing and medical practices in long-term care.

Responsibilities

Provide direct nursing care to residents, including administering medications, treatments, and therapies.
Supervise and delegate tasks to CNAs and other staff members.
Develop and implement individualized care plans for residents.
Monitor and report changes in resident condition to the healthcare team.
Participate in quality improvement initiatives and maintain accurate records.
