Enhabit Home Health & Hospice is seeking a Full-time weekend RN to administer skilled care in patient homes in Champaign, IL. Flexible scheduling applies, but Saturday and Sunday are required as part of a stable weekend rotation.

The role requires a valid RN license, one year of licensed professional experience, and CPR certification; you’ll use mobile devices and clinical tools to follow physician orders and the established plan of care.

Qualifications

• Must have CPR certification for the healthcare provider.
• Must be a graduate of an approved school of clinical education.
• Must be licensed in the state where they currently practice.
• Must have at least one year experience as a licensed professional.

Responsibilities

• Administer skilled care to patients requiring intermittent professional services.
• Teach the patient, family, and other members of the health care team.
• Perform services in accordance with the physician’s orders and the established plan of care (POC).
