Job summary

Enhabit Home Health & Hospice is seeking a Full-time Weekend RN in Illinois. The role administers skilled care to patients, teaches families and care teams, and follows physician orders per the plan of care.

Weekend work is required with flexible scheduling to support patient needs. Applicants must be a graduate of an approved school of clinical education, licensed in Illinois, have at least one year of licensed experience, and possess basic technology skills including mobile devices.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of an approved school of clinical education.
• Must be licensed in the state where they currently practice.
• Must have at least one year experience as a licensed professional.
• Must have basic demonstrated technology skills, including operation of a mobile device.

Responsibilities

• Administer skilled care to patients requiring intermittent professional services.
• Teach the patient, family, and other members of the health care team.
• Perform services in accordance with the physician’s orders and the established plan of care (POC).
