Job summary

FMOL Health is seeking a Weekender RN to provide high-quality nursing care on Fri–Sun shifts. The role requires coordinating and delivering patient care as part of the health care team, with patient teaching and discharge planning as needed.

You will report to the Nurse Manager or designee and support infection-control and safety standards. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of RN experience, graduate from an accredited nursing program, and hold an active Mississippi RN license.

Qualifications

• One year RN experience required.
• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Must have CPR and strong communication skills.
• Ability to rotate shifts and work overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide the best possible nursing care by planning, organizing, and directing nursing functions.
• Initiate and implement patient care plans.
• Administer medications and intravenous solutions as prescribed.
• Maintain patient privacy and confidentiality.
• Collaborate with hospital staff to ensure safety and quality of care.
